Enhancements
ATE-3101 Animate can now handle symmetrical nets that cross over the line of symmetry, in some cases. However, by preference, it avoids them.
Resolved Issues
ATE-3105 Cells without active area will not be placed/detected as std cells.
ATE-3102 Cross connectivity no longer generated.

Animate is a revolutionary new automated Analog layout system that produces multiple, high-quality, fully routed layouts in minutes from an OpenAccess schematic. Built-in automatic constraint recognition recognizes the designer’s intent and automatically creates structures such as common centroid devices for diff pairs, current mirrors, etc. Its novel and unique multithreaded PolyMorphic layout technology concurrently generates optimal layouts which can then be extracted to generate early parasitics to explore design options in a fraction of the time it would take manually.
