 AnyCasting 6 is a casting simulation program that predicts melt filling and solidification in casting process.

Independently developed based on know-how accumulated over the past ten years, the program is structured in a casting process-oriented manner, allowing ease of simulation even for non-numerical simulation specialists.

Currently, the program may be applied to all types of casting including sand casting, metal mould casting, high and low die casting, gravity tilt casting, investment casting and can predict rapidly and accurately the problems that may arise during casting processes due to its excellent simulation performance and high accuracy.

With a Windows-based layout and menu, you can easily manipulate and examine conditions or results of interest with minimum amount of work as well as view realistic graphics thanks to the OpenGL method. Not only this, the Database program, which provides and manages various material properties, has been developed so that you may view all the properties of a material just by selecting it. AnyCasting will assist you in improving the quality of product and manufacturing technology.

AnyCasting™ is a new generation of advanced casting simulation software system based on Windows operating platform independently developed by AnyCasting Company in Korea. It is a simulation system specially developed for various casting processes, which can simulate and analyze the mold filling, heat transfer, solidification process and stress field of casting.

AnyPre


As the pre-processing program of AnyCasting™, anyPRE can realize the import of CAD models.


Pre-processing Modules

As the solver of AnyCasting™, anySOLVER is able to calculate the flow according to your settings.

AnyPost


As a post-processor of AnyCasting™, anyPOST is used to calculate the flow analysis of the melt filling process and the heat transfer/coagulation analysis of the melt solidification process by reading anyPOST from anySOLVER.


AnyPost

generated mesh data and results files in anySOLVER to output graphical results on the screen. With anyPOST, you can observe filling times, solidification times, contours (temperature, pressure, rate) and velocity vectors in 2D and 3D, as well as create graphs from sensor calculations. The program has an animation function that allows the user to edit the calculations into a playback file and to observe various solidification defects in 2D or 3D by means of an excellent results merging function. In addition, the data can be saved as a new file for future retesting.

AnyMesh


anyMESH can edit mesh files generated by anyPRE. You can easily modify the mesh information without changing the geometric model.

AnyDbase


As a database management program that summarizes the properties of melts, molds and other materials used in casting, anyDBASE is divided into a general database and a user database. The general database provides the properties of commonly used materials with international standards, while the user database enables the user to save and manage modified or additional data. The user can simply select the material of interest without having to enter hundreds of different material properties. In addition, it provides heat transfer coefficients for each material, increasing the convenience of the program.
