AutoPIPE 2024 (24.00.01.152) is design and analysis application for calculating piping code stresses, loads, and defl ections under static and dynamic load conditions to meet the highest nuclear standards.

What is New & Changed in AutoPIPE 2024 (24.00.01.152)
The following outline identifies new features and enhancements in the AutoPIPE 2024 Edition version 24.00.01.152.

Piping Codes
– Added ASME NM-2 (2020): Fiber-Reinforced Thermosetting-Resin Piping System. More industries are moving to the non-metallic piping and this code combines the additional requirements previously managed in Appendices of the ASME metallic codes.
– ASME B31J now incorporates Note 7(e) and provides consistency check warning message when a tee header diameter or thickness changes within a length equal to two run pipe diameters on either side of the branch centerline.
Reports
– Flange Analysis Report now includes Axial Force and Bending Moment values for selected load combinations.
– General Stress Report now prints Tresca, Max Shear, and Von Mises stresses for each combination.
User Interface
– Color themes for Results Grids window now matches the selected theme for AutoPIPE.
General
– Introduced an option to send filtered models from Model Explorer directly to AutoPIPE Batch Generator.

AutoPIPE is a stand-alone, engineering application for the calculation of piping stresses, fatigue stresses, fluid transient, bowing or thermal transient analysis, flange or pipe support design, and equipment nozzle loading analysis under static and dynamic loading conditions. In addition to 30+ piping codes, AutoPIPE incorporates ASME, JSME, British Standard, European, API, NEMA, ANSI, ASCE, AISC, UBC, GOST and WRC guidelines and design limits to provide a comprehensive analysis of the entire system.

AutoPIPE provides you with a comprehensive and advanced software tool specialized in pipe stress analysis. Increase your productivity and improve quality control with an intuitive modeling environment and advanced analysis capabilities. Ensure efficient workflows between pipe stress engineers, structural engineers, and CAD designers through interoperability with leading plant design applications.
