SimWise4D is a design-simulation environment that integrates digital geometric prototypes, functional prototypes, control prototypes and performance prototypes for the development of complex products, and it perfectly supports the design, simulation and optimisation process of digital prototypes from the perspective of product prototyping, from the geometric prototypes describing the composition of products, from the functional prototypes describing the movement of the product's mechanism, from the control prototypes describing the logic of the product's operation to the performance prototypes describing the product's mechanical characteristics. The digital prototype design, simulation and optimisation process of the performance prototype is the only design and simulation environment that can support the integration of the four levels of prototypes.

 Simultaneous Simulation of Mechanical Performance Prototype

SimWise4D achieves the perfect unification of functional prototype and finite element mechanical performance prototype through the powerful solver with fully integrated coupling of dynamics, strength, modal and heat and automated finite element pre-processing technology, which can carry out finite element analysis at the same time of three-dimensional motion simulation and achieve the authenticity and real-time nature of boundary conditions of the mechanical performance simulation, which greatly enhances the authenticity of the simulation.
