Keysight Model Builder Program (MBP) 2017 Update2

MBP 2017 introduces a new model extraction suite for static random access memory (SRAM) cells. The automated model extraction flow was enhanced for static and compact models, including BSIM3v3, BSIM4, and BSIM-CMG. the Script API received an update to support more functionality. The user interface (UI) has also undergone numerous improvements. The internal SPICE engine supports the latest model versions: BSIM-CMG 110.0, 109.0, BSIM-IMG 102.8, 102.7, HiSIM2 2.9.0, HiSIM_HV 2.3.2, 2.3.1, 2.3.0 and EKV 302.00.
