Model Quality Assurance (MQA) is an automated SPICE model validation software that supports you in inspecting and analyzing SPICE model libraries, comparing different models, and generating quality assurance (QA) reports in a comprehensive and efficient manner. With more than 10 years of development, MQA has become the industry standard for SPICE model acceptance and sign-off, and is widely adopted by leading integrated device manufacturers (IDMs), foundries, and design houses.

Checking functions and rules have been updated to support advanced trap proximity effects (WPE) and thermal noise quality inspection (QA).MQA 2017 also supports Microsoft Office 2016 for document editing and reporting.
