General Improvements

Installer update:
- GeoMoS Now! installer now includes Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Express instead of Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Express version
Improvements:
- Improved drag&drop user experience with Google Chrome
Bug fixes:
- Calculation interval setting fixed for velocity graphs.
- Issue with occasionally missing graph templates has been fixed.
- Issue with opening tables when Microsoft SQL Server 2019 is used has been fixed.
- Issues with editing graphs from overview or sites have been fixed.
- Issue with the "Learn More" button on the Login page of the on-premises version has been fixed.
