NUMECA HEXPRESS/Hybrid 4.1, is the latest of NUMECA's meshing tools designed for meshing complex geometries starting from unclean CAD data.

HEXPRESS™/Hybrid automatically generates fully hexahedral unstructured meshes of arbitrarily complex 3D geometry. It can directly input data from a wide range of mapping software and has automatic repair capability. It is a fast and efficient mesh generator specially developed by NUMECA for unusually complex models. It adopts the world's advanced parallel mesh generation technology to generate hybrid meshes containing hexahedra (main) and tetrahedra through octree meshing method, and automatically generates high-quality boundary layer meshes. Its integrated auto-packing technology and hole searching technology can effectively avoid a large number of CAD cleanup and repair processes, thus realizing fast, highly automated and high-quality mesh generation for complex models.
