Design Cloud
General
- Verilog-A and its dependent files are now properly transferred to the remote job directory keeping the directory structure intact. This allows the simulator to only compile those Verilog-A files which are actually needed to run the simulations.
EM Simulation
- The field visualization editor has been improved to scale better on smaller displays.
- The mi-malloc library has been patched to address a crash observed on Windows 11 when using either RFPro, FEM, or Momentum.
Data Display
General
- Fixed potential Expression Manager crash if window is closed immediately after it is opened.

PathWave Advanced Design System (ADS) 2023 Update 2.1 addresses 7 items (bugs/tasks/stories) in the following areas: Design Cloud, HSD, Circuit Simulation, EM Simulation, and Data Display.

General
- JMP Output Controller is mostly used in HSD Applications to save the input variables and simulation results (output variables) into a CSV file. This CSV file can be used in JMP for the Design of Experiments (DOE) analysis. When JMP Output is used along with BatchSim, the simulations can now be parallelized when ran in Design Cloud mode or Simulation Manager mode.
HSD
DDR/Memory
- Support compliance workflow for LPDDR5 through Compliance_Probe. Check the LPDDR5 Compliance Test Bench documentation here.
- Support COM 3.9.
- Enhanced signal name ordering in HTML report.
- Enhanced usability in Design Exploration setup.
Circuit Simulation
