High-Speed, Multi-Channel Vibration Control and Data Simplification System for Dynamic Environmental Testing

The Simcenter Testlab environment package provides a powerful high-speed, multi-channel vibration control system for conducting dynamical environment testing and is spacecraft test certified. The vibration control system is scalable to hundreds of control, measurement and limiting channels. The solution is easy to use for routine random, shock, sinusoidal and combined mode testing, and has everything needed to perform state-of-the-art control and data analysis.

The Simcenter Testlab environmental test solution is a comprehensive validation and acceptance test solution for large and sensitive structures, including spacecraft, satellites and system prototypes. 

Designed for use in reverberant chamber environments and for high frequency transient capture during deployment testing, Simcenter Testlab enables parallel acquisition and in-line streamlining of vibration channels during random or sinusoidal closed-loop vibration control testing. It can be used for parallel acquisition and in-line simplification of vibration channels in the middle of random or sinusoidal closed-loop vibration control tests, both in reverberation chamber environments and for capturing high-frequency transient responses during deployment tests. The environmental test solution also helps users to test and validate the robustness of spacecraft designs by accurately reproducing launch acoustic ambient levels in a large reverberation chamber to ensure launch payload tolerances.
