What's new and changed in Virtual Wind Tunnel 2017.0
- Frontal are computation
A new algorithm has been implemented to provide higher accuracy for the frontal are computation. Based on a sophisticated recursive refinement strategy the frontal area is computed with high accuracy for complex model like production level automotive model, as well as for simple cases like a box or a sphere model.
- Fixed Issues
For some situations the default first layer height became zero.
The element sizes in the default refinement zones were incorrect.
