Earth Volumetric Studio v2025.6
Earth Volumetric Studio v2025.6 (EVS) is a revolutionary integration of C-Tech's Environmental Visualization System and Mining Visualization System, incorporating new technologies developed by EnterVol over many years. While retaining the modular toolkit paradigm of its predecessors, EVS now operates within an updated and user-friendly environment.
This standalone Windows program delivers exceptional speed, functionality, and flexibility. It combines advanced volumetric gridding, geostatistical analysis, and 4D visualization tools into a single software system designed to meet the needs of all geoscience disciplines. The graphical user interface integrates modular analysis and graphing routines that can be customized and combined to address the analytical and visualization requirements of any application. EVS supports the analysis of all types of analytical and geophysical data across diverse environments (e.g., soil, groundwater, surface water, air, noise, resistivity, and more). Its integrated geostatistics enable quantitative assessment of data and site model quality, while identifying locations where additional data collection is needed.
EVS incorporates the capabilities of C-Tech's previous Environmental Visualization System Pro and Mining Visualization System (MVS) within a more powerful and user-friendly framework. Key features include:
Borehole and sample posting
Parameter estimation using expert system-driven 2D and 3D kriging algorithms with best-fit variograms
Exploded geologic layers
Finite difference and finite element modeling grid generation
Advanced gridding techniques
Comprehensive Python scripting for nearly all functions
Advanced animation support
Interactive 3D fence diagrams
Multi-analyte data analysis for soil and groundwater contamination as well as ore bodies, with integrated volume and mass calculations
Advanced functionalities—previously found in C-Tech's MVS software—cater to the needs of mining engineers, planners, geologists, and environmental engineers with the most demanding requirements. These include:
3D fault block generation
Tunnel cutting
Advanced texture mapping
Pit modeling
Visualization and modeling of overburden and ore bodies
And many other advanced tools
EVS also features C-Tech’s DrillGuide© technology, which applies integrated geostatistics to quantitatively evaluate the quality of site assessments and identify optimal new sample locations where additional investigation is required. This proven technology significantly reduces field assessment costs—whether searching for gold or groundwater contamination. Our tools enhance site characterization and strengthen your ability to analyze and present data for evaluation, remediation planning, litigation support, regulatory reporting, and public relations.
