MOSES CONNECT Edition Version 12 Update 6 - New Features
MOSES version 12.06 includes a technology preview of an integrated wind turbine solver available with the OpenWindPower Floating Platform license. This close coupled approach links the AeroDyn module of OpenFAST with the MOSES time domain solver. For the first time our users will be able to model their floating wind turbine, evaluate hydrostatics, complete a coupled non-linear time domain analysis and ensure structural code compliance with one common data model in a single product.

Other new features include:
- A technology preview of the SACS Joint Can module which has been added to the MOSES Common Solution File (CSF) structural post processing tools.
- Various improvements to the way MOSES interacts with the CSF, incorporating advanced class, node and element selection tools, custom unity check ranges, and the ability to set LRFD and ISO resistance factors.
- Surface bonding improvements in Modeler that allow users to insert a new surface as opposed to moving the edge of an existing surface.
- Quadrilateral and Polygonal web meshing tools in Modeler
